How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. EU customers have 14 days.
What condition does my item need to be in?
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@dailypapers.shop .shop. If your return is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions.
Can I just send it back without contacting you?
No. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
What items cannot be returned?
Perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us immediately after delivery so we can resolve the issue.
How do exchanges work?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order separately.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval and will be credited back to your original payment method. Please contact us if more than 15 business days have passed.
EU customers – any special rights?
Yes. EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return an order for any reason, subject to the same condition requirements.
